2018-2019 Registration

Willoughby Soccer Program

Willoughby Soccer is for boys and girls born in 2005-2010, plus 8th graders next fall born in 2004 and players born in 2011 who are ready to advance from the Willoughby Soccer Academy.

If you are a returning player, please fill out the registration below.  Similar to prior years, you will need your child's birth certificate, "head shot" picture, like their school picture, and your health insurance information.

If you are new to Willoughby Soccer Club, after completing the registration, please contact Ben Schaum at to arrange attending a practice with one of our existing teams.  There is not a formal tryout date - new players will practice with their potential team to determine fit.

Please submit registrations by May 12th.

Players will be notified by early June of their team and will be invoiced the registration fee of $175 at that time.  Uniforms will be available for order in June as well.

Willoughby Soccer Academy

Willoughby Soccer Academy is for boys and girls born in 2011-2014.  The Academy is our in-house recreation league with one instructional practice per week and one game per week.  Our U6 Academy is co-ed for kids born in 2013 and 2014 and our U8 Academy splits into separate experiences for boys and girls born in 2011 and 2012.

Registration Process

If you would like to sign up your child, please complete the registration form below.  As part of the registration, you will be asked to pay the registration fee of $100.  That fee covers both the fall and spring seasons.  Please submit registrations by May 12th.

After you complete your registration, you won't hear anything from us for a while, but don't worry.  Our season doesn't start until August, so we won't assign kids to coaches until late July.  If you're interested in helping coach, please click on the Coaching registration from the main page.  You don't have to know about soccer to coach - just a willingness to have fun with the kids.
